The payments keep coming in part as and when invoices generated and once the estimate is fully invoiced then estimates become inactive.
During this whole process, if businesses need to track the payments for each active job, then QuickBooks native reports do not help much. The native report “Job Progress Invoice vs. Estimates” shows the estimates and it’s progress.
